Insurance Information

Insurance Providers We Are In-Network With

Allergies, Aches & Pains is currently in-network with Aetna PPO/POS Plans, BlueCross BlueShield PPO and Blue Choice Plans, United Healthcare Plans, and Medicare.

Medicare Information

We are in-network with Medicare; however, payment is collected directly from the patient at the time of service. Our office will submit claims on your behalf, and Medicare will send reimbursement directly to you for any covered services.
